Our activities

Robotics, coding and STEM programmes for children aged 6 to 16, in school and during the holidays.

Learning levels

Each level builds on the one before, from first steps with computers to programming real hardware.

Level 1

Beginner

Ages 6 to 8

First steps with computers and STEM, spotting the code in everyday life, then building simple robot toys.

  • Basic computer skills
  • Everyday coding ideas
  • Teamwork and creativity
Level 2

Intermediate

Ages 9 to 11

Computational thinking comes into every lesson, with basic electronics, engineering and block-based programming.

  • Visual block coding
  • Sensors and simple circuits
  • Design, build, test, improve
Level 3

Advanced

Ages 12 and up

More complex robots and electronics, with text-based programming in Python and programmable kits such as Arduino.

  • Python programming
  • Arduino and microcontrollers
  • Real-world projects

In schools, during term

Schools bring us in to run their robotics and STEM lessons. Our trainers teach alongside your staff, using age-appropriate kits and a curriculum built around play.

We work with public and private schools, and with teachers who want to run the lessons themselves.

Training teachers

With support from Irish Aid, we train teachers to deliver robotics and coding lessons in their own classrooms, so more children learn, every term.
